**POTATO STICK:
– 500g Potato
(じゃがいも)
– Medium heat 15~20 minutes
(中火 15~20分)
– 100g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
– 15g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
– Freeze 10 minutes
(冷凍 10分)
– High heat 5~7 minutes
(強火5~7分)
**GARLIC CHEESE SAUCE:
– 25g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
– 15g Garlic
(にんにく)
– 3g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
– 100ml Milk
(牛乳)
– 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
– 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
